WE Documentary Film

The Annual Women Empowerment Event took place for ten years from 2013-2022. It was hosted by creative design company, MelimeL Digital Art Design in NYC. This documentary tells the story of how the annual event became a powerful tradition highlighting women entrepreneurs and professionals, amplifying diverse voices, and creating safe space for discussion and community to gather in support of women empowerment.  The event was a panel and networking format that brought together people of all backgrounds and walks of life. While the annual event took place once a year, its impact left a lasting mark on women's rights movements of today and the lives of everyone who was in the room where the women empowerment magic happened!
